- Tour scheduling confirmations
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services. You may receive multiple messages during active application processing or tour scheduling. Outside of these periods, messages are infrequent.

You will receive one confirmation message, then no further texts unless you opt in again.

How We Obtain Consent
We obtain consent through:
- Web Form Opt-In: Checking the SMS consent checkbox on application or contact forms
- Written Consent: Lease agreements with SMS notification consent

You must affirmatively opt in. We never send messages without explicit consent.
