1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using LeasingVoice ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

LeasingVoice is a communication platform designed for property management companies. Our Service provides tools for managing leads, automated messaging, email communication, tour scheduling, and team collaboration.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of LeasingVoice, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Comply with all TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other telecommunications regulations

4. Communication Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all communications sent through our platform comply with applicable laws including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and state-specific regulations. You must obtain proper consent before sending automated messages to recipients.

5. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS text messages through our Service, you agree to the following:

Consent

You consent to receive SMS text messages from property management companies using LeasingVoice. Messages may include rental application updates, appointment confirmations, maintenance updates, property notifications, rent payment reminders, lease renewal notifications, and tour scheduling confirmations. You understand that consent is not a condition of purchase or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service. You may receive multiple messages during active application processing or tour scheduling periods. Outside of these periods, messages are infrequent.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. LeasingVoice is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, contacting the property management company directly, or emailing support@leasingvoice.com with the subject "STOP SMS." After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

TCPA Compliance

All SMS communications sent through LeasingVoice comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state regulations. We obtain explicit consent before sending any automated text messages through web form opt-ins, written consent in lease agreements, or documented verbal consent. We never send messages without prior explicit consent from the recipient.

6. Data Usage

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of LeasingVoice and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LeasingVoice, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
